Triangleplace.com is a web-based advertising service marketing residential rentals in the Triangle area of North Carolina. The market we target consists of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Pittsboro, Hillsborouh, Wake Forest, and Chatham.
Triangleplace.com seeks to host quality rental homes and town-homes and attract high quality tenants. We reach individuals and families relocating from all over the United States and the world.

How do I create an account?
Click on "Register for an account" button on top right corner of homepage. This action will take you to the "Create User" menu. Fill in the information and click "create user" at bottom of the page to create your account.
How much does it cost?
Regular listing on Triangleplace.com cost .50 cents a day. That comes out to about $15 a month. You cannot beat that.
Feature Listing cost $1 a day. That comes out to about $30 a month.

How good is Triangleplace ?
We deliver results. First, we solely targets residential-detached-family & TH homes. These are nice average to above average homes & price. They attract certain type of tenants. We don't do apartment, condo, mobile, or duplex dwellers. We FOCUS solely on homes & town-homes. In return, the potential tenants know where we are and they come to us when they are seeking homes & town-homes to rent.
We spend all our marketing dollar targeting these type tenants. We advertise where they are. Relocation folks are one such group. Expats is another. Professional on contracts and local move-uppers. This total focus helps us help you reach your tenants - residential home dwellers who tends to be good renters and those that take good care of your home.
Traffic at Triangleplace website is concentrated in the single-family residential home market. When you get a visitor, it is real, quality, and serious tenants. If they like your house, they will follow up with you. Our listing are clear and ample of descriptions and quality pictures. So we waste little of each other's time. Tenant don't need to click each listing to get a good idea of what the look house. The main page gives them enough to select or eliminate whether the house is candidate. If they want more, they can then dwelve into the listing. This save their time and everyone's time. This is what so sweet about our website. We help the tenant and they in turn help the owner and us. Property owner won't be lost. Best, you won't be getting lots of useless hits.
About our pictures - they are large and intentionally large so tenant gets a good look at the house. And our ad are filled with pictures. The picture are large in size from the front page to the individual page. We ask our owners to post them that way. This does two things for the renters if you are shopping for a home: (1) the front picture helps prospect tenant decide quickly whether to drill down to the target property or move on. This saves them time; (2) the many pictures better shows and reveals about the house so the prospect tenant can assess whether it appeals to them or not before making the call. This saves them time again. What is there for the owner? Real prospect! Filter through twice. When the potential candidate calls you on the phone, it is very real and almost a done deal. They have seen your house and the details. You have shown them everything about the house. The only thing left is for them to know the house is still available and they want to go see it and smell it. There is so much advertising can do.

How many visitors visit the site?
While we may not know precisely the number of visitors to your particular listing, we do expect visitors and ample of them. We expect our traffic will be specific to home rentals and not the apartments which is quite a large market on its own.
Triangleplace.com is a dedicated site for residential rental homes in the Triangle area in North Carolina. We solely target the residential home rental market. Traffic is pure without all the other "noises". We are looking for the number of hits but the kind of hits from those specifically looking for to rent a home in the area. Renters welcome! Owner show your house!
How often is the website updated?
Immediately. Whenever anyone makes a change to their listings (i.e. added a listing, submitted images, etc), it shows up instantly.
What kind of advertising do you do to promote TrianglePlace?
We continually position TrianglePlace.com top at leading search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, and AOL. Regionally, we advertise in selected real estate relocation publications. Locally in the Triangle area, we advertise our services through word of mouths, Duke-UNC-NCSU univesity bulletins and forums, direct mailings, airwaves, local classifieds, business journals, and local newspapers. We also anchor at local universities like UNC, Duke, NCCU, and Wake Forest. We know the local area. We live here and we know where to go. None of the national advertising sites do this.
How many images can I upload for each property?
Photos can be included in your ad for no additional charge. You may present as many as you think is necessary to showcase your home in the best light possible. These photos can include the exterior and interior of the home, floor plans, etc. Remember, it is not necessarily the number of pictures it has. Quality pictures over quantity. Useful and accurate pictures are what get the house rented.
How long does it take for my online listings to show up?
It will appear immediately after you have finished submitting and activating it.
What do I do if I want to make any changes to my ad?
You can make changes online anytime. Just log in and you will have access to your “Manage Listings” page where you can manage images and edit, delete, and (de)activate the listing.

Do I need an account to search the listings?
No. The site does not require you to register if you are searching for rentals. However, by registering for an account, you can keep track of your “Favorites”.
How many visitors can I expect?
That depends on several factors including time of year and your listing. During the height of the rental season, our site can easily exceed 25,000 visits per month. A complete listing (including descriptions and photos) will attract serious traffic and interest. The large image representing each property on the homepage will eliminate some window shoppers. We work to get you real traffic and one that wants to rent from you.
How can I make my listing stand out more?
For as little as $1 more a day, you can make your listing a “Featured Listing”, placing your property in front page of the site.
How do I include images for my properties?
When you log in, click on the “Continue to your admin page” link. It will take you to your administrative page. Then click on the “Manage Images” link under the property you want to submit images for. Once there, hit the “Browse” button to find the image file. Enter any captions you would like to include and hit the “Save and Upload Images” button.
How do I update my profile?
Once you log in and enter your administrative page, hit the “Edit Profile” button.
What is the difference between “Active Ads” and “Inactive Ads”?
“Active Ads” are the properties that are currently posted on the website for prospective tenants to view. “Inactive Ads” are stored in your account but are currently not viewable for the public. To make a property “Active” or “Inactive”, log in to your administrative page and click on the “Active” or “Deactivate” link under the property.
How long can I run my ad?
Your ads will run as long as you have sufficient funds in your account. Each day, your account is deducted an amount base on the type of ad you have, Standard Listing or Feature Listing. The ad will run until you tell it to stop or your fund runs out.
If your funds start running low (5 days of funds left) at any point in the ad cycle, we will automatically send you an email notifying you of this. You can then login and add more funds to your account. If you run out of credits before you get a chance to add more, don’t worry. Your listing is still saved. Once you add more credits and activate the listing, it will be posted online again.
How do people contact me if they are interested in my ads?
When you submit your profile, you can choose whether you want prospective tenants to contact you by phone, by email or both. If you decide to be contacted only be email, then only the email option will be shown in your listing. If you desire either (phone and/or email), your listing will have option for both.
How do I find a property?
You can use TrianglePlace’s powerful search engine to find what you’re looking for. You can search by city, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and rent, and even by number of garages. You can also sort search results by those characteristics. If you’re looking for something specific, use our Advanced Search option to find your exact match.
How do I use TrianglePlace?
TrianglePlace does not require your registration to view ads. All ads are free for viewing.
Registration is required when you desire to "My Favorites" feature or you have property you want to list with us.
Search is free on Triangleplace. You can seach for properties that meet your criteria by selecting a price range, area, pet policy, or type of unit, etc..
Why aren’t there rentals available under my specifications??
TrianglePlace is a site that property managers and individual property owners use to list available properties. Inventory changes daily, and everything that is available from the managers and landlords that use our site, are posted. If no ads come up in a search, then we currently do not have a property that fits your criteria. Please continue checking our websites for new rental ads.
I have encountered a bug in your application. What should I do?
We do make mistakes. And when we do, please contact us (info@triangleplace.com) and we will have the bug fixed ASAP.
If I changed my email and forgot my login, how do I log into my account?
You can reset your account at Login menu by selecting “forgot your password”. You can also contact us for help at info@triangleplace.com.
How do I get started?
If you’re a property owner, start by registering with us for free. Your free registration allows you to submit your properties and their images. If you are looking for a place to rent, select the criteria that matter to you in the search bar. The search results will display any available properties satisfying those criteria. By registering with TrianglePlace, you can keep track of your favorite properties and view them anytime.
If I get my house rented, can I save my credits?
Yes. Pay only for what you use. Unused credits in your account can either be used by your other properties or be saved for future use.
Can you help me list my properties? I have too many properties and do not have the time.
Yes. We have a service where we can setup the account and post each properties for you for a fee. Email us at info@triangleplace.com and we can provide you with an estimate.

At Triangleplace.com, your advertising dollar pays for only what you consumed. When you open an account at Triangleplace, you deposit an amount into the account. The money can be use for any property of your choosing. There is no fix amount that needs to be spend on a property. You decide how your money is used. There is no restriction to the number of properties you may have. This is quite ideal for owners and property managers who have lots of properties.
How Will I Be Bill?
Whether you decide to pay via Paypal or with credit card, you will be email with a statement of your amount deposited in your account at TrianglePlace. This email will serve as your receipt for the service. At any point in time if you require further assistance, you can always contact our staff (billing@triangleplace.com).
How Can You Help Me Invoice Multiple Properties?
